The second annual RAMMYS Honors Cocktail Reception will celebrate the recipients of some of our industry’s most esteemed awards. Each recipient of these awards is a paragon of excellence in the restaurant industry, and it is a highlight of the season to gather them in one location to honor and celebrate their achievements.
The Duke Zeibert Capital Achievement Award Honoree
Recognizes an individual, in the foodservice community or outside the industry, whose hard work and outstanding initiative has increased the profile and success of the entire metropolitan Washington dining landscape.
The John G. Laytham Exception Leadership and Impact Award
Presented to individuals from the region’s foodservice community who have made a sizable impact locally, nationally, or globally through their service-driven work and vision.
Milestone Award Honorees
Commemorating long-standing local restaurants and RAMW members who are celebrating 25th, 50th, or 75th anniversaries, the Honorary Milestone Award is bestowed upon restaurants from casual to formal, including some of the region’s most celebrated dining institutions.
Joan Hisaoka Allied Member of the Year Award
The award is presented to an associate member who best exemplifies commitment to and support of RAMW. This award recipient is determined by the Executive Committee of RAMW.

The 2025 Allied Member of the Year Finalists were announced in March 2025 at the RAMW Annual Meeting. 2025 Honorees will be announced in May 2025.
